Contemporary architecture respecting the historical heritage

The Clos des Deux Tours is built on a parcel of land which is part of the architectural heritage inventory of the Brussels Capital Region. The project consists of a major transformation of this classified  industrial building from the 19th century into a residential building with 9 apartments and 2 new penthouses. The new apartments preserve some of the elements of the past, such as the vaulted ceilings, the columns and the steel beams.

Le Clos des Deux Tours is a project being sold under the VAT rules and is eligible for the reduced VAT rate of 6% under certain conditions (primo-accédant):

  • You are purchasing as an individual

  • The apartment will be your private and unique residence

  • Registered address for 5 years

  • The living area does not exceed 200 m2


The 6% VAT rules is combined with a partial exemption from registration fees on the value of the ground ( under certain conditions).
